Boulevard Signs dba FASTSIGNS® Surrey is a visual communications company using innovative thinking and state-of-the-art technology to create and design graphic/signage solutions for businesses large and small.  We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced person to fill the role of  Production Associate .  FASTSIGNS Center sign production area is fully equipped with top-of-the-line sign-making equipment. 

Job Description 
At the production table, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs from computer cut vinyl and wide format full color printouts, which includes proofreading and conducting quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of signs. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best. 
This is a Full time position 40 hrs per wekk

Responsibilities 

·    Prepare materials for application  by cutting to size.
·    Weeding and masking of vinyl
·   Apply graphics to various materials
·    Assemble sign boxes and frames
·    Loads materials on printer and/or laminator, and print and laminate 
·   Conduct quality check on all signs before sending it to completion/customer.

·   Package materials for shipping.

·   Works on different projects simultaneously 

·    Keep the production area neat, clean and organized.
·    Arrange Shipping and Delivery with couriers and follow up.
·    Follow up on incoming orders and shipments.

 

·      3+ years experience in  production. Experiece in sign production preferred.
·      Physically Fit, able to lift large sheets and lift  80 lbs

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

·      Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions )

·      Able to use power tools

·      Punctual, reliable, and responsible
